Catherine and Alex were destined to be together… Alex grew up in the Pittsburgh, PA area and Catherine in Baton Rouge, LA. As fate would have it, their careers took each of them to Seattle where they met, fell in love, and currently live.
During their ceremony, the priest told us the story of how they met… They each became involved in the same Catholic church in Seattle. And one day while working on a service project organized by their church, they were introduced and immediately hit it off. Alex eventually proposed and they decided they would have the wedding in Alex’s hometown in Pennsylvania.
These two are so in love and their wedding day was a great example of that. Many of the images from the reception feel so incredibly timeless to me – like they could’ve been taken 50 years ago. Catherine & Alex left the next day to spend almost a month honeymooning in Europe!
I recommend playing a little Jimmy Durante Radio on Pandora for best viewing purposes… Enjoy!
