I’m Hannah, an East Coast wedding photographer for classic couples in love, specializing in natural light portraits and visual storytelling. Based in a small town in the hills of West Virginia where I grew up and am proud to call home, I am passionate about serving people by telling their love stories through my photographs! I photographed my first wedding nearly 5 years ago, and have since had the pleasure of shooting in many beautiful places such as Charleston, South Carolina - my absolute favorite.
When I don’t have a camera in hand, you can likely catch me on my front porch enjoying my morning cup of coffee with a good book in hand, soaking up the sunshine with Henry - my rescue pup, on a lunch date with a sweet friend, at the local antique/record shop, exploring a new place, at T.J. Maxx, or spending time with my rockstar of a family.
I'm a very detail-oriented person and live for unique finishing touches on anything, especially when I'm photographing a wedding!
Family & friends are number one. I am blessed with the most loving & supportive parents and 3 awesome siblings to share life with!
SUNSHINE & SAND
I just feel better when the sun is shining! My favorite half of the year is May-October and any beach is my happiest place.
Traveling is a must for me. Every few months I'm itching to get away, because that's when I feel most refreshed & inspired!
I imagine heaven looks a lot like Charleston or Savannah... Plantation homes, old buildings, oak trees covered in Spanish moss. Can't get enough of it's charm!
Music makes my world go round! My perfect playlist has a mix of classic, alternative, & folk rock along with some 90s country.
Nicholas Sparks enthusiast, right here! I love that I have the opportunity to hear about other's love stories as a career. I cry at every. single. wedding.
As much as I enjoy traveling, I love being at home more. Working from the comfort of my home most days of the week makes me so happy. There's no place like it!
the sun shining through half-drawn curtains, porch conversations, hugs that end with a little squeeze, hand-written notes, always having something to look forward to, good company, listening to people talk about their passions, polaroids, songs that takes you to another time or place, wildflowers, possibility/opportunity, old things being made new, the ocean air, sunsets & sunrises, finding inspiration everywhere, humbling experiences, kindness, God's grace
